Running is my favorite way to exercise, especially cross country (or, better yet - trail running!).  All of us kids ran on a home-school team, David and I for three seasons, but we stopped after 2007.  I've continued to run sporadically at home with my dog, Dixie, but never got any farther than a mile and a half. 
     Now, I have a goal.  And a plan to reach it!  A few days ago, I found this, thanks to Beth.  Nothing too hard, with a goal of 5K (or three miles) in nine weeks. 
I think I can do this. :)
